The weekend is coming up, and I’m sure a lot of people will be partying/clubbing/happy drinking with friends. I’m not really into drinking that much but if you are watching you’re weight but you still want to have fun then stay away from beers.
Rather, the best alcoholic beverage to consume while on a diet and still have fun is VODKA TONIC. It’s a simple drink that has only 80-90 calories. =)
So if you want something that will make you feel guiltless then go for vodka tonic, better yet just skip drinking.haha
I was so tired yesterday that I wasn’t able to write my blog because I fell asleep. I got home from work at around 7:30, I still did my exercise, I burned 200 cal running on the treadmill for 25min.
What I ate yesterday: Breakfast: Cereal with non-fat milk Snack: yogurt Lunch: wheatbread with egg and spam sandwich, soy milk and kiwi Snack: yogurt Dinner: 1/2 lapu lapu fish, 1/3 cup vegetables and 1/2 cup sotanghon and 1 indian mango
Today, I also burned 200 cal on the treadmill.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: Cereal with non-fat milk and 4 pcs. tiger biscuit
Snack: 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 granola bar
Lunch: 1/2 cup kangkong with bagoong, 2 slices kamote bread with cheese
Snack: kiwi and apple
Dinner: 1/2 cup adobong sitaw, 4 slices of grilled liempo and some tahong plus 1 whole ripe mango for dessert.
and hot greentea for my digestion
