weight for me!!


time is ticking and I know that it won’t wait for me to lose weight the unprogressive way… pressure!

Since I blogged about leveling up my exercise, I’m going to do a new routine to my daily sched, instead of working out at night after I get homw from the office which often leaves me very tired, tomorrow I will wake up early, leave the house at 6am and go to the gym! yehey! =) I hope I can wake up that early…go go go!

And of course the long awaited weight update will be revealed on friday! hahahah I’m sorry it’s taking me a long time for the weight update but from now on I will update my weight every friday/weekends (if not friday, then saturday or sunday definitely!) I will be brave.

It does hurt! Especially if you find out you didn’t lose any weight or worse you gained weight!

Work Out for the day: Treadmill for 20minutes

What I ate today:

Breakfast: coco crunch cereal with low fat milk

snack: egg sandwich(on wheat bread)

Lunch: fresh veggie spring rolls (from pho hoa) and 1/2 cup kaldereta

snack: watermelon and banana

dinner: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 steamed fish and mixed veggies plus 5pcs of lychee for dessert

TIP OF THE DAY:

Don’t eliminate but substitute! If you want to have dessert, instead of going for sweet pastries, substitute it with fresh fruits! =) Instead of eating plain white bread go for wheat/multigrain breads. Instead of eating white rice go for brown rice/kamote. =)
