Resist and Persist


Resist temptation of JUNKFOODS and SWEETS! and Persist towards the goal!

40 days to go and though sometimes I do give in to cravings just a little bit, I have to really focus on savoring the reward in the end rather than savoring the delicious food/cravings I have.

I bumped into Pao today and voila, it’s her sister’s bday! hahaha I ended up going with them sa dinner nila at Uncle Cheffy’s! hahaha eh ang sarap pa naman ng food dun! and they had one of the best cakes for her sister’s bday (Estrel’s Caramel cake) but good thing I resisted temptation especially because I just finished eating dinner before I saw them. hahaha didn’t want to overeat! yes!

sayang naman yung work out ko for today dba? haha =p

Tip of the day: Keep a FOOD DIARY!! =P So that you can track down and see if what you’ve been eating is actually healthy! Be specific also in listing down the portions of what you’ve eaten, the more detailed the better! =p

Work Out: Cardio: Stepper- 200cal Abs: crunches 3 sets of 30reps

What I ate today:

Breakfast: 1/2 pandesal with chicken salad spread and 1/2 cup sopas

Snack: banana

Lunch: asado bun and strawberry yogurt plus ice blended coffee

Dinner: 1/2 sandwich (turkey,ham, cheese and greens)

P.S. I’ve been feeling so tired lately kahit na hindi ganun ka todo yung exercise. =(
