Rewarding Feeling…

DRUM ROLL…

“THE DAY” has finally arrived.

Now that the 100 day challenge has come to an end, there is a rewarding feeling that comes with achieving my goal,  but then again I am still unsatisfied with this accomplishment because I wanted to achieve more. But I guess I could not really expect for more since there were too many distractions/struggles that I encountered along this 100 day journey of my weight loss plan, that I am thankful for the results still.

The Revelation of Results:

All in all I’ve lost a total of 9lbs! 9 may not be a 2 digit number but it’s close and it’s already a big breakthrough for my weight since I’ve gone past the weight that my body has previously settled on.

From 130 lbs, I’m now down to 121lbs.

My Proof (From Fitness First’s Tanita Body Composition Analyzer) Naks! haha high-tech!

yehey! hahaha I’m happy but I’m not contented because I need and want to lose more weight. So this is not the end of the journey rather this will be a great beginning to further improvement and changes.

Now let’s see the “(slightly) improved me”:

Pwede na rin…hahaha no, kelangan pa talaga magbawas pa! hahaha

So the journey to a sexier me continues.

This fitness blog is not yet over.

Maybe not just limited for fitness but all the other aspects of life, not just physical but spiritual and mental health as well. The mind, body and soul, the whole package.

But Cheers to this! Hugs and Kisses to all those who supported me and encouraged me! =p Love you all!

ttyl,

Isis

  1. yeah!!! 🙂 happy for you,, i think the act was more important. actually doing something.. indeed its not the end…
(sidenote: super dami kaya nangyari sa yo these past 100 days..) YES yes yes- do incorporate the whole aspect of your life! they’re all inter related like blood vessels.. especially ang spiritual aspect.. and eventually all the effort will become so natural. it’s not just a one time thing but a lifestyle.. :))

  2. Even though you’re not that satisfied, don’t feel that bad. Perhaps be thankful for a job well done, everything went well from the first till the very last minute of this challenge. I’m sure you enjoyed a lot regardless of the problems and trials encountered. (Specially the times when you really want to eat sweets but thinking at the back of your mind that you need to lose weight. Specially the times when you feel so tired of doing the exhausting exercise from the gym. HAHA!)Congratulations for a job well done! Keep up the good exercise and healthy diet. Cheers for a sexier ISIS! 🙂
