NEW ROUTINE

in short my new work proposes a lifestyle that has its pros and cons for my diet.

PROS:

I now commute = exercise (my new sport- squeezing myself in the LRT and blocking off people) but this is not something that makes me sweat and really burn calories. =(

CONS:

Quite far to my gym.

We have free meriendas- am and pm (totally ruins my diet!)

Can’t allot time for exercise.

So far the cons is looking quite destructive to my diet plans.

Need to modify, re-adjust my daily routine to accommodate a healthier lifestyle!

NEW WORK NEW STRATEGY TO MY DIET! haha

Tip of the Day:

Eat your fruits/vegetables first so by the time you get to eat the meat and carbs in your meal you’re quite full already. =)
