Daily Meal Plan


My girl officemates made certain rules to be motivated and to stick to their plans of losing weight.

Me…I’m making my own diet/meal plan. =)  Of course, subject to testing if this will work,

So I have my daily meal plan to stay in my diet:

Breakfast:  Eat Whatever I want( but not too much an not too fattening/ balanced Meal)

Lunch: Vegetables/Fruits only. (No Carbs!)

Dinner: Liquid Meals Only. (meaning: soups/shakes/cereal drinks/ tea/ milk only)

Snacks(optional) But not advised, preferably nuts/fruits only. =)

I’m going to stick to this starting today.

Let’s see how this works in 1 month’s time, whether there will be improvement or not. =)

But I will be updating this/the site! =)
