As I mentioned before I will be posting a picture of my “diet group” at work.

They are my co-Management Associates in my work. We have grown a bond together not just because we all want to lose weight(although if you ask me and you guys will see in the photo that all of them are already fit and sexy! ako nalang ang hindi! haha) but I guess our personalities was able to blend well together. 🙂

A new name and also a matching logo with it! Career much? haha  As you can see in this picture I’ve pointed out who’s who. Cha to my left, Mina to my right and Lor right most.  Medyo hindi na nila kelangan magpasexy pero more on toning nalang and konti pa daw to achieve a body worthy for show.hahahah

For our logo, we even have a tagline! actually nauna yung tagline pasimuno ko. hahah The tagline is: “Think Sexy!”

Gotta think sexy and be motivated to exercise and resist temptations/cravings! haha 🙂

I’m so happy I got to buy my own ipod! My MP3 broke a couple of months ago and I’ve been jogging/doing the treadmill without music to hype me up! It is quite a challenge but now I finally have one to accompany me through my exercise. I just pray I made the right decision in buying the ipod nano 5th gen.( It’s a second-hand but looks like it’s still in good shape, barely used “daw” and I guess pwede na yung price.) We’ll see as I use it starting tomorrow for work out.

Anyway I gotta catch up on my sleep!
