Busy.


I think  that being busy is one of the key factors that will help you lose weight.

But being busy also has its consequences, like being way TOO busy not to exercise and having no time to focus on your diet and “stress-eating”

So I do hope I can find that balance in my lifestyle. It’s not easy but if there’s a will there is a way, and believe me I am going crazy, I really need to lose weight!!! I think I’m stuck at 125/126lbs. I’m having a hard time going past this number but I won’t give up!

I seriously need to concentrate, focus and stay committed to my goal.

what could help me keep my focus? Summer is not bothering me because I don’t have a summer vacation any more since I am working now.

Anyway I will think of something. The “Diet Group” has even made coupons to track and minimize eating of  sweets,meaning the number of coupons you have(should be kept to a minimum) is the number you’re allowed to eat/drink  something that’s sweet for the week. In this way you are allowing yourself treats but up to a certain amount only. I should also make work-out coupons to fill up my planner and motivate me!
