When stress hits you…


…DEADS ANG DIET!!!!  I am guilty! I won’t deny it but these past few weeks, (3weeks) I’ve let myself go into a vacation mode, simply because I craved a lot of things and I didn’t want to deprive myself. But maybe it went too far. Maybe it is stress, maybe I’m just making an excuse but the truth is I became blissfully ignorant of my diet. And it is killing me now.

Anyways, there’s always a second chance right? 🙂 I need to focus and be serious. SERYOSO.

So what are my “concrete” next steps?  I bought this “notes board” that has a clip on each day of the week to hang your “to do lists”.  So I plan to hang my ‘”fitness” schemes there and  follow it.
