Sometimes, well actually most of the time when I’m frustrated, angry, and stressed I cry. I have little or no control when it happens,once my tears start pouring out of my eyes, it truly pours. And the thing is I hate crying. So while running in the treadmill awhile ago, I suddenly thought to myself that I should probably just run whenever I’m feeling sad, frustrated or angry. It feels good to sweat and to have a good workout after a stressful day. I was feeling a bit sad awhile ago so after running and sweating a lot, I felt better.
Hence, the title “Itakbo Mo Nalang” instead of saying “Iiyak mo nalang yan” because really crying won’t change anything, at least pag nagexercise ka makakaburn ka pa ng calories and it will help you achieve your desired body weight.
I also know that crying also brings a different kind of release and cleansing to the heart,mind and soul. haha mehganon?
But since I’m trying, not just trying but working on to be a better “ME” then the title here is my new motto. hahaha
and I am very pleased to inform all of you that I’ve been running/exercising for 4 straight days now. YAY! 🙂 Hopefully I can push forward, continue on and make it to my deadline.
This is the start of the focused and determined Me.
