Losing and Loving It!


So far I was able to lose 6lbs to date and I’m feeling excited and motivated to lose MORE! 😉

So what did i do exactly?

1. Controlled and Healthier Eating (meaning more on fruits and veggies, less on the carbs! even my go-to food which is bread is not included in most of my meals anymore)

2. EXERCISE!!! (Sweating it out and back at the gym!)

Physical Activity should always be paired with good nutrition/healthy eating. 🙂
