I’ve had quite a bit of health challenges for the first half of the year, and I had to just take a break. I guess this was one way of God telling me to slow down and take it easy. For someone who’s always on the go, and who loved to work out, this was really a bummer. I didn’t want to admit it but I actually felt sad that I wouldn’t be able to do things that was part of my daily routine.
I’m just so grateful that during my birth month, last June, my health started to get better and slowly but surely I was able to get back to my “normal” daily grind.
From June until now, I have slowly built my stamina and endurance back. I’m proud to say that I’m in an even better shape before all my health challenges started.
I’ve always loved spinning since I’ve been attending the RPM/cycling classes of Fitness First. And it’s so timely that a friend of mine invited me to try Electric Studio. So I decided to try it and I just love their classes. If you are fond of music, especially edm/ upbeat music then you’ll really enjoy the work out.
I even got to work out with some friends!
This is me with Val, who invited me and our instructor Nica. 🙂
This is me coming back to what I love, and that’s living an active and healthy lifestyle! Plus the friends thar you meet and keep along the way! <3
Until my next workout adventure!
Ttyl,
