Quarantine birthday

2020 is really something huh?

There’s just so many things that happened, even in my personal life.

So I want to share the top five things I learned during the lock down/ quarantine.

5 Learnings this Quarantine Birthday

  1. Learning to Slow Down – Taking a moment to pause and reflect because I don’t need to be in a rush to get out of the house and deal with traffic. Having that sacred quality time with The Lord and setting the day right.
  2. Appreciating the Simple Things and the More Important Things in Life – Just being in good health and being with family is a huge blessing already. Having the basic things in life is more than enough.
  3. Shift in Perspective and Mindset – This ECQ/GCQ has certainly not been easy. A lot of changes and sad news have happened. Of course, we acknowledge that and then start to adapt. And to start adapting, we need to shift our perspective and see the good and the positive side out of all this.
  4. Being Intentional in Productivity – Busy does not always equate to productivity. Proper task management, scheduling and prioritization is key.
  5. No Standstills – You can’t be in a neutral position. It’s either you are growing or you are decaying in any aspect of your life. For your most important relationships, maybe it’s time to ask the tough questions, is your relationship growing or is it decaying?

This is just halfway through 2020, bring it on!

Ttyl,

Isis
