THE START OF SOMETHING GREAT…


…starts TODAY!

HALLOOOO FRIENDSSSSS!!!!!

YES, THE 1ST DAY OF MY 100DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE HAS FINALLY STARTED…

AND IT STARTS TODAY!

I’M GOING TO REVEAL NOW MY TRUE WEIGHT, I KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE SHOCKED BECAUSE I DON’T LOOK IT, BUT LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LOOK GOOD IN PICTURES.(hahah I’ve just mastered the art of being photogenic)

And to really keep up to this challenge I’m going to post a picture of me every week or whenever it is best fit, para makita talaga yung changes. =)

Here’s a picture my brother took just now. So how heavy do I look? Hindi siguro masyado mabigat kasi natatago ng loose shirt ko. BUT THE TRUTH is  I WEIGH 130 LBS! (yak!!!)

What did I do today?

Body Balance Class at Fitness First this morning. It’s like yoga but working more on balance and strengthening your core. So this morning even though I felt so sleepy I still went to the gym and joined the class. I almost lost my access card(sort of a locker key) in the gym because I was still sleepy and sabaw but after the work out and after I realized that my card was missing I was wide awake! Thank God someone returned my card in the front desk, or else I’d have to pay 500pesos for penalty for losing it.

After I went to school and paid my AAA membership card and visited the LS bookstore for business purposes. I also dropped by the placement office and said hello to Tita Chit, Ate Jo, Sir Elmer and Ms. Maan. Ate Jo suggested I apply to this new job opening to become a secretary to the Ambassador of TECO( Taipei Economic and Cultural Office). I will apply and try my luck!  After I went to Valle Verde and took an exam for an ad agency that I applied to from Jobstreet.com  Then I went home and decided to get back on my series watching (House, How I met Your Mother and Vampire Diaries) I will watch a lot more later. =)

What did I Eat:

For breakfast I had pandesal and egg salad. Egg salad- hardboiled egg with mayo(not really that healthy becoz of the mayo) But I guess this will be the last for the 99days to come.

Lunch: SALAD!

Merienda: It was so hot today so I bought SLURPEE ( which is also something that I need to give up for this challenge) I also had my favorite Nilagang Saba (Boiled Native Banana?) with Peanut Butter. I love peanut butter with saba hahah ( i also need to lay off the peanut butter)

Dinner: Beef Stew, 1/2 cup rice (controlled! haha) and some veggies.

Cheers to the 1st day!

P.S. I need to start regulating what I eat.

  2. GO SISTER GO SISTER! I have a tip!!! its really important to alkalise your body so drink green drinks 1/2 hour before you eat in the morning. (when you wake up) and when your are about to go to bed. By green drinks I mean, Wheatgrass/Barley Grass juice. you can get it in powder form. 1 tsp in a glass of water should do it!! Health benefits are also amazing. I can explain how some other time, but trust me!! Ask your local health food store 🙂
