EXTRA PUSH


I need that extra push, extra energy, extra effort, extra activities, extra racket and everything else that is EXTRA good.

I just felt sooo sluggish today, not to the point of laziness, but I just feel my body refusing to fully cooperate with the exercise that I was about to do.

So instead of doing the wave for my cardio, I changed my routine and did the STEPPER instead. Hahah Burned 200 calories there and I also joined the BODY JAM class (Hip hop dance and a bit of latin) yeah I danced for an hour, it was fun! A FUN WAY TO BURN CALORIES! Yeah (parang fit n right tagline but theirs is “A refereshing way to burn fat” hahah ALAM? ) I also did a couple of weights, just a bit.

For today my inspiration is the show AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL (ANTM)

I love the show! It inspires me to really lose weight not because I have a shot in joining the show but maybe a commercial model? Hahaha and have some OH-SO-NICE photographs from photoshoots. Love the themes of their shoots in ANTM, kung pwede lang gagayahin ko lahat!

Tonight, I am off to a trip with one of my bestfriends Lalaine and her family. We’re going to hundred islands! Whoohoo I hope I can still do my work out there!

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Kellogs K Cereal with low fat milk, 4 pieces of cashew nuts and 2 spoonfuls of ham and eggs

Lunch: Salad with Crabstick and 1 hardboiled egg (with parmesan dressing) ½ steamed lapu lapu and oranges for dessert!

Merienda: I had some green mango and another orange. ( and JUST 3 spoonful of halo halo!)

Dinner: I had a small kamote, some beef and sayote cooked in a soup style, 1 broiled chicken(the legpart), 2 pieces of dumpling and 1 BALUT!  I’m full! Hahah

ok ok medyo marami ata ako nakain nung dinner ah…anyway buti nalang i blog about what i eat, MAKES ME THINK TWICE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! whooohoo. =)
