Body Twists


Did some body twists in yoga a while ago.

I’ve been wanting to have a go at BIKRAM YOGA again, because i know that it will definitely help me lose weight. I was able to try it before, but it was way back in the summer of 2008. And finally I got to do it again a while ago at the Eastwood branch. Me and my friend Lienne enrolled for the 1 week trial for 700pesos. And we intend to make the most out of it by going there everyday!!! hahah HOPEFULLY!

The poses are quite intense but the more you do it, the more your body will adjust and will finally be able to master the pose. BUT it will take quite some time.

For me the hardest pose is number 20! hahaha Yun yung major struggle ko! hahah

The room was not that heated but the weather made it really hot inside, making our instructor turn on the air condition halfway through the session for a couple of minutes, talk about heat management. hahah I guess we all needed the cool air.

I also did cardio at the gym this morning before going to bikram yoga, I burned 200calories doing the stepper. =)

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with mango, milo and low fat milk

Snack: Banana and Apple

Lunch: 1/2 slice of sandwich with fish fillet, basil soup and lemon fruit tea shake! (from coffee bean) Refreshing! =)

Snack: Yogurt

Dinner: 1/4 steamed bangus, 1/2 cup ampalaya with egg and 1pc ovenbaked chicken. and 1/2 grapefruit.

So bikram again tomorrow! whoohoo i have 87 days left, Lord help me. haha

  1. not inviting!! hahaha so proud of your drive to exercise ha! ako been missing a lot of gym sessions lately cus of work. pero making up thru diet. grabe nauulit nanaman ung mga 1hr of sleep a day! presentations and exams left and right! miss ko na kayo 🙁
