Reach For It!


Doing Bikram yoga for the past 6 days straight has really helped me to be FLEXIBLE and TO REACH what seems unreachable. =)

What I did today aside from yoga…

I went with my friend Cybele and my new found friend, Charlie to the JobFair at SM Mega Trade Hall. =) It was also a work out, I really go tired looking, walking, talking, signing up, and going through the stalls at the Job Fair. I also brought her with me to a reunion at church from our camp! It’s good to see them again! =)

Yesterday, After Yoga I met up with Cybele, we hung out at Coffee Bean (their souther blend ice tea is super yummy good for your health too, a lot of anti-oxidants! ) we had a lot of catching up to do! haha After we watched a movie (Kick Ass) ok naman! haha then we had so much fun singing at Powerstation’s Karaoke and collecting tickets in the arcade area that we didn’t notice the time and I wasn’t able to write here any more because I got home late. So I’m making it up today.

What I ate Yesterday:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with milo, and 5 pcs of fresh strawberries

Lunch: Sardine with Feta Cheese on whole wheat pandesal and southern blend iced tea for my drink

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Raw tuna with parmesan cheese salad and 2 pcs of crostini with basil pesto dip.

What I ate Today:

Breakfast: Special K Berries cereal with low fat milk

Lunch: Chicken ceasar salad , grapefruit and southern blend iced tea from coffee bean, it’s so good! =)

Dinner: 1 slice of chicken bbq pizza from yellow cab and 1 pc chicken. 2 slices of apple

P.S. I should catch up on my cardio and weight training! promise this coming week and I’ll post my latest weight SOON! =) I’m keeping my fingers crossed, I hope all that yoga in a heated room worked! hahaha I practically bathed in my sweat, but it felt good! =)
