Fit Fit Fit…


in to me . =)

Today I met with my cousin’s designer for her wedding gown and I went there for the fitting/measurement for the entourage! Yes, I am part of the entourage as I’m the secondary sponsor. hahaha Therefore more reason to lose weight fast! We’ll have another fitting next month.

Motivation: Get a better fit into that gown by losing weight! =)

Intense! hahaha

Work Out For today:

Today, I had a really bad stomach-ache and my gastric problems somewhat affected my day today therefore  making me unable to do my work out. =(

yeah but tomorrow my day is planned, I will have an exam for one of the companies I’m applying for then I’m off to the gym! I will also have my weight assessment and tomorrow I’m gonna post my current weight. I hope I lost some weight!

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with milo, low-fat milk and mango

Lunch: Mixed Filipino vegetable in broth soup, half green apple and some green tea

Snack: 2 pcs Shrimp dumpling and 1 avocado juice

Dinner: Green tea, and 1/2 green apple and chinese version of chicken pie (Cuchay)

Tip of the day:

Aside from yoga, a better way to flatten that belly is Pilates!! I’ve downloaded a 20minute workout from Mari Winsor and I think that her routine is very effective. I should do it everyday!
