You gotta look at the brighter side of things. =)
Today I weighed myself and I didn’t lose any, but on the bright side I didn’t gain any.
PLUS: My Fat Free Mass (Meaning my muscles) increased from 78.8 to 84.0 My Total Body Water also increased from 57.6 to 61.4 (Meaning that I drank more water which is healthier for my body of course)
So hooray for more muscles in my body. =)

I’m borderline in the overweight section. =) Actually with the site’s calculation I still have normal weight but almost near the overweight side but in my gym’s calculation I am overweight. haha, whatever it is I need to lose weight that’s for sure. =)
and I got another blessing aside from not gaining any weight, (dapat lang from all that bikram yoga, but I guess I needed to partner it with cardio as well) anyway, I got a job na!! whoohoo.. hahaha Just today and I’m going to start this friday na! intense! haha
Work Out for today:
Stepper burned 250 CAL and Treadmill burned 60 cal
What I ate today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with low-fat milk
Lunch: Apple and salad with crab stick,corn and cucumber with Herb Vinaigrette.
Dinner: 1 and 1/2 cup of sayote with shrimp and 3 spoonful of grilled fish with lemon sauce. 1/2 Grapefruit and had some hot green tea.
Tip Of the day:
If you don’t want to run then brisk walking everyday for 30minutes helps!
