Missed 2 nights…


because I got home late from a birthday party and an event for etc 2nd avenue.

But the good thing is I still did my exercise despite the tight and busy schedule I ha for the past two days.

For thursday: I went to eastwood Fitness  First, and found out they also had “cinefit” where I worked out their stepper and burned 200cal.                

What I ate:     Breakfast:  Cereal with low fat Milk     Snack: 4pcs of siomai      Lunch: Chicken ceasar salad       Snack: Banana    Dinner: Molo soup and 1/2 lumpiang ubod

For Friday (Yesterday): I worked out in Megamall branch of Fitness first and burned 350 cal on the wave.

What I ate:  Breakfast: Cereal with Low-fat milk     Snack: Banana    Lunch: Salad with chicken,tomatoes and corn     Snack: Oatmeal with mango   Dinner:  1 prawn, 1/2 cup serving of sotanghon and 1 fish fillet. also some almond gelatin with lychees

As you can see I’ve increased my meals and I have a small snack in between breakfast and lunch. One of the advices that I got is that it’s better to have more meals in a day but in SMALLER PORTIONS, it will help in having a faster metabolism and easier digestion.

For today, I went to the gym and burned 250 cal on the treadmill and joined the Body Vive class! intense talaga ang Body vive with the tube routine, you can really feel the burn in your biceps.

What I ate today:

Breakfast :Chicken Pie

Snack: Apple

Lunch: 4 slices of tuna sashimi and 4 pcs of sushi, 1 cup of miso soup. 6pcs of sinenguelas.

Snack: Ritz biscuit, 1/2 grapefruit and almond nut soy milk.

Dinner: 1  tortang talong, 1 egg, 1 slice of pear and orange.
