Let’s Scream Wiiiiiiiiii!!!


Wii has evolved into something more, it has become a tool & a fun way to lose weight through Wii Fit ! =)

So today I went to my friend’s house, Anita and had dinner there. They have Wii fit there and so they made me try it. It was so cool and there’s so many choices to pick for your exercise. It’s like you’ll never tire of the work out, because you have fun while doing it. It has yoga, strength training, aerobics, balancing and some other physical fitness training – which includes sports, obstacle courses and the like. The wii fit even registers you weight, and keeps track of your progress, your work out hours and the calories you burned each day.  I WANT ONE!!! hahah but i think it’s quite expensive. =)

Btw, I lined up for two hours just to exercise my right to vote! But I’m happy that I was able to vote! =)

Exercise for the day: Treadmill – burned 200-something calories, 3km, 26 minutes.

So what I ate today:

Breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg, and 1 slice of kamotes bread, and 1 cup of black coffee.

Lunch:  1/2 cup repolyo with shrimp, salad with 1 pc chicken adobo

Snack: 1/2 Apple, southern belnd iced tea from coffee bean, and a bit of waffle from red mang0

Dinner:(Thanks to Anita! yummy!) 1 burger patty with cheese, 2 slices of tomato and some green leafs, 1/2 cup mac and cheese, 1/2 cup pasta with seafood and a spoonful of potato salad and coleslaw.  I also had some dessert – 1/2 slice of banoffee pie form bannapple. (simply sinful, kaya half a slice lang hahaha)

P.S. Good news, I weighed in the wii fit and I lost 1 lb! whooohoo…hahahah so now my weight is 126 lbs. =)
