So maybe we should lose ourselves to the right music, then we’ll forget about the time, forget about the sweat, and forget about how tired we are and still keep pushing with the beat of the music to finish our work out. =)

What I ate:
Breakfast: Pesto Bread with cheese
Snack: Yogurt and kiwi
Lunch: Salad with lemongrass dressing ( crabstick, corn, tomatoes and apples)
Snack: Yogurt and 1/2 waffle with ham and cheese
Dinner: 1/2 cup kangkong, 1 pc inasal chicken, 2 pc wheat cracker with kesong puti, 1 slice of pineapple, and 1/4 cup of corn and 1 hot green tea
