Forgive me for TWO things:
1.) I missed blogging for two days, because I got home late last friday and yesterday.
2.) I sort of missed my exercise for those two days and I ate some high caloric food. =( (But i was still in control in a way, I only had small portions of these high caloric foods.)
BUT this week, I’m really sticking to the low carb, high protein diet, plus, to make up for the so-so exercise i’ve been doing, I will do my weight training after my cardio this week!!! =) I will try to keep upgrading the work out that I’ve ben doing, after all Variation is key! =)
Workout today: Swimming 10laps with Atsi Sheena =)
What I ate today:
Breakfast: Cereal with low fat milk
Lunch: Salmon salad, 3pc salmon and tuna maki rolls, and 3 pc crispy wanton with wasabi dip. (ate at Kimono Ken)
Snack: Orange, 1 slice of mango and 1 wheat bread with cheese
Dinner: 1 cup sayote with shrimp, 1/2 cup broccoli with crabstick, and 1 serving of fish. 1/2 kiwi and 1 slice of apple for dessert.
For digestion: 1/2 glass wheatgrass and 1 cup hot greentea
Tip of the day: Spices like cinnamon and nutmeg is good to sweeten your dish plus you won’t have to add that much sugar. =)
