Lemon Power


I was sick last night, as I experienced gastric pains (meaning burping/a lot of gas and indigestion despite eating only clam soup and some vegetables)

And so I threw up a little bit and that made me feel better, and  after taking a bath, I just wanted to rest therefore not being able to blog last night. But yesterday I still did my exercise treadmill and burned 200cal.

Also today, as I got home from work, I did my treadmill exercise before I ate dinner.

Healthy advice for the day is to drink warm lemon water every morning. It helps our digestive and also in eliminating the waste from our body. It also helps prevent diarrhea and constipation. Since lemon has a lot of vitamin C, so it’s also great for the skin. Plus it makes losing weight easier as it flushes the toxins away from the body. This simple concoction sure has a lot of amazing benefits. Btw, this advice came from one of my bestfriends, Lalaine.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: 1/2 pugon pandesal with cheese, kiwi  and  1/2 cup orange blossom hot tea (@ starbucks) hindi siya masyado masarap

Snack: spam and egg sandwich on potato herb bread

Lunch: 1 cup ginataang pinakbet, 1 cup of grapes and hot green tea

Snack: saging na saba (2)

Dinner: 1/3 inihaw na bangus, 2 pcs beef with cream sauce and 2 servings of broccoli leaves with oyster sauce and kool aid tropical punch flavored mini juice drink
