Level Up!


Yesterday, I was so tired when I got home that I forgot to blog and I just wanted to sleep and relax. Life in the office is quite actually.

Anyways, reality check I have about 63 days to go and kelangan ko na lumevel-up sa aking pag-exercise sa abs!!! hahah

Good thing yesterday this trainer in Fitness First approached me and gave me some free assistance in doing work outs. Nagmajor crunches session ako! hahahaha

And now my abs hurt like hell, but it feels good! =)

All i can say is, it’s still effective and important to do crunches (and i mean a lot!) and it’s better if you raise your legs up while doing it to build more pressure and level of difficulty. =)

What work out I did today: burned 200cal on the treadmill and some crunches!!! 195 reps of crunches in total while my stomach still hurts from yesterday!hahaha

What I ate today:

Breakfast: cereal with low fat milk and hot choco

snack: turon, small wheat bread with peanutbutter

Lunch: 1 cup of kimchi, 1 cup of steamed fish and 1 cup of ampalaya with egg and 1 kiwi

Snack: grapes and pineapple juice

Dinner: 1 pc chicken bbq style, 1/2 cup gulay langka, and 1/2 cup pickles preserved in vinegar, 1 banana and yakult.

CRUNCH TIME! (literally and figuratively!haha)
