Work out today: Retail exercise, went shopping at a warehouse sale in Meycauayan for half a day. Grabe work out din talaga siya, walking and trying out the clothes plus it was hot in the warehouse and I was sweating by the end of it all.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: 1/2 bowl cereal with low fat milk
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 chicken adobo 3 pc potatoes and 2pcs cherry
Snack: 1/4 ensaymada, 1/2cup serving of chicken afritada and some fit n right pineapple juice
Dinner: halo halo congee from SuperBowl and 1 pomegranate fruit shake from coffee bean (met up with my friends in trinoma)
