Grapefruit is Love.


Grapefruit is indeed one of the healthiest and most beneficial fruit.

Here are some benefits:

  • Grapefruit can help in weight loss, since it is low in sodium, high in fatburning enzymes. Low sodium intake can help flush out excess water that is caused by high sodium food.
  • Grapefruit has high water content, and an increased water consumption can help increase metabolism.
  • Grapefruit is a rich source of Vitamin C
  • Grapefruit is rich in lycopene (the red color/pigment), it helps to prevent the occurance of tumor and cancer

Workout for the day:

stepper: 220 cal

weights: pull down- 3 sets of 20reps, chest press- 3 sets of 20reps and low row-3 sets of 20reps

abs: 3 sets of 50reps of crunches , 3 sets of 20crunches with weights and another 3 sets of 20rep crunches with my legs raised.

What I ate today:

breakfast: 1 banana, 1 wheat bread with cheese and 1 cup coffee

lunch: 6pcs of small potatoes and 4 pcs of steamed dumplings and some apple mango

dinner: 1 cup of repolyo with shrimp, 2 pcs tofu and 2 slices of pomelo.

P.S. I want some grapefruit! =)
