R&R Time


I need some REFLECTION AND RELAXATION right now, so tomorrow until sunday I am going to a leader’s retreat hosted by my church. =p Yeah!!! I think I really need to be away from the stress caused by work and my attempts to lose weight.

Not that I’m giving up to both…I’m still game to face the challenge but I guess the change of environment and time with God will really help me to focus. =)

Work Out for today:

Cardio: stepper -25ocal (haha improving! I was earlier at the gym today because I was afraid I’d be stuck in traffic while raining, so I left the house at 6am! naks! hahaha…thanks for the RAIN SCARE!)

ABS: 3 sets of 5o crunches, 3 sets of 20 crunches with weights, 1 set of leg raise 40reps, 3 sets of 15 crunches leg raised and 3 sets of 20 reps of touch crunches. (Intense dba? hahaha sumakit talaga tiyan ko!)

weights: low row- 3 sets of 20 reps, pull down- 3 sets of 20reps

What I ate for the day:

Breakfast: toast wheat bread with cheese and coffee

Lunch: sandwich (multigrain bread with egg,spam,lettuce and tomatoes)

Snack: Yogurt

Dinner: Beef soup and 4 slices of green mangoes

Since I’m going away this weekend, I’ll most probably resume my blog on sunday…so til then…
