Lately I’ve been having problems in my daily routine in releasing the necessary wastes in our body.
So I’ve been eating a lot of prunes and oatmeal which are very good for the health also aside from being effective in loosening the stool.
Here are some other foods that may help you fight constipation:
Fruits: Papaya, Grapefruit and Mango
Drinks: Apple juice, Prune Juice, Milk, Soy Milk, and tea
Vegetables: Cabbage and other leafy veggies
Whole grains and cereals (foods rich in fiber)
Get that digestion going! =p
For the past days since tuesday, I have been going to the gym and dutifully doing my routine cardio despite the urge to just sleep and stay in bed! So I can really give myself a pat in the back because of the consistency! BUT, there’s a big BUT there, I have to step up my routine and make it more challenging for me and adding more. I’ve been playing it down since the time I had been quite sick but now that I’ve fully recovered I have to boost it up. 35 days left pressure!

anyway, need to sleep now. I was so sleepy awhile ago and ALMOST missed working out.
